P-Bandai: HGUC 1/144 ReGelgu [REISSUE]
Release Date: February 2026
Price: 2,530 Yen

INITIAL RELEASE
Release Date: July 2018
Price: 2,160 Yen

From Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, the ReGelgu makes its long-awaited appearance in the HGUC 1/144 series. This refined machine, based on the legendary Gelgoog frame, has been recreated with all-new sculpting, distinct proportions, and its signature weaponry.

WHAT'S NEW?
  • Head: The unique head antenna design is precisely reproduced with new sculpting.
  • Shoulder Armor & Wing Binders: Featuring massive binders over twice the size of the original Gelgoog’s, each shoulder houses three verniers to emphasize its high-mobility role.
  • Arms: The arm and forearm armor are newly molded, including shutters for the grenade launcher that can be displayed open or closed.
  • Backpack: The backpack is fully equipped with propellant tanks and a missile pod, complete with opening hatches for realistic deployment.
  • Beam Lancer: Newly sculpted and faithful to its original design, the lancer can be mounted beneath the backpack when not in use.
  • Dedicated Beam Rifle: Designed specifically for the ReGelgu, a rifle that matches the suit’s refined performance.
  • Beam Rifle: A standard beam rifle is also included to expand loadout options.
The MS-14J ReGelgu (short for Refined Gelgoog) is a retrofitted upgrade of the classic MS-14A Gelgoog, fielded by Axis Zeon during the First Neo Zeon War. While retaining the Gelgoog’s iconic silhouette, the ReGelgu focuses on high mobility, utilizing its massive shoulder binders fitted with 10 thrusters and verniers to dominate in space combat. Its extended operating time is secured through dual propellant tanks on the backpack, while the addition of a missile pod and beam lancers give it expanded versatility. The result is a true successor to the Gelgoog legacy, blending refined performance with overwhelming firepower.

  1. I would love an updated Gelgoog but I guess that's not happening anytime soon.

  2. Yay! Maybe they'll make a sleeves version too!

  3. Wow I'm not even mad that this is P-Bandai because it's clearly based on the old HG Gelgoog from the ancient times.

  4. Welp, looks like Bandai did the kitbashing for us.

I'd rather wait for the inevitable Unicorn (Sleeves) version, though; I've had enough of red Zeon MS...

  5. very nice, but nothing drastically new here...
HGUC gelgoog from 2007 with gelgoog marine backpack (modified) stubby fuel tanks and obvious retooling of the shoulders, forearms, new beam rifle & sabers.
I can understand why they do it, but sometimes i wish if it's not an MSV it would just be a normal release...
HGUC ZZ is lacking in kits compared to other series....
they'll prob do the samething for MG Gelgoog 2.0 also and then make P-bandai gelgoog marine with those parts... :(
Fingers crossed we'll get sleeves Regelgu as normal release....

  8. Honestly this is easily one of the more understandable p-bandais from bandai that isn't a straight up recolor. It makes so much sense especially considering it's likely not gonna Garner not much attention, it's based on a old kit, and etc

  9. Cool!
A pity it's P-Bandai but at least it's getting made.
Hopefully we get the grey Sleeves Regelgu.
