  1. I see a Gouf flight type in the background of the 2nd pic. That aside. I hope it has many accessories.

  2. YUSSSS. The real question is what version will be the normal release (if it gets one) and which version will be P-Bandai. The green "ground" version is more iconic, but I've always been pretty fond of the purple space version...

  3. Looks as meh as a leo could be, which is pretty nice

  4. Now we just need the Aires, Tragos, Cancer, Pisces, Taurus, Virgo, Virgo II, Maganacs, and Serpents.

  5. Would anyone care to join me for a round of senseless excited screaming?

(While we're fulfilling long forgotten dreams, Bandai, pls give the Ares or Virgos some kit love too)

  6. Hell yeah! Don't see why Bandai wouldn't pass up this concept; so much money to be made off of its many variants!!!

I'm just happy to see we'll (probably) finally get a Leo that's not as cost-prohibitive as the Robot Damashii figures!!!

  8. Bandai, dont go cheaping out on us with it either. Should at least come with the dober gun, shoulder cannons, the flight pack, and the shield.

  9. It'd be nice if Bandai did seperate HG lines for the older non-UC series that didn't get dedicated HG lines. (G, Wing, Turn-A, X)

    1. They did it already with HGAW, HGAC, HGFC, HGCC, and HGCE before. It just the progress very very slow than HGUC.

  11. Hopefully it sells well enough that they'll consider making HG's of other Gundam's beside Hero's.

  12. Oh Yeah!!! Finally! We're getting an HG Leo! Hopefully we'll get more grunt suits from Wing like the Mercurius, Vaeyate, Virgo I & II, Aries...

  13. Now all we need new HGAC kits of the other remaining gundams, and the Tallgeese and then we Wing fans will finally be pleased.

  14. I wonder how much this new High Grade will cost? If it's cheap enough, one could by a whole company of them, and them set in a diorama trying to destroy a Gundam. Those poor Leos, they try so hard, but fail pathetically every time. In a way, they remind me of the B1 Battle-droids from the CG Clone Wars series.

    1. WTF are you talking about? Heero was once pilot Leo and it look badass. Its not about the mobile suit problem. Grunt =/= weak

    2. @Hikarunu
Heero (and by extension Duo since you're refering to the Endless Waltz OVA/movie) are the exceptions, not the rule. Same goes for Zechs, Treize, Sally, and Noin.

Nah, I'm going to have to agree with Hikarunu on this one.

The main characters are exceptions because they're exceptional pilots that brought out the best of their machines.

It's not the machines fault that the standard grunt pilots are bad.

This is the whole driving point to the plot involving the mobile doll system. It proved that computers using skills and tactics copied from the best pilots could trump a standard pilot in a superior machine.

Think about it. You can put an idiot in a sports car and he will crash it. That doesn't mean the sports car is bad.

  20. I think the new picture uploaded today (2/25/2018) shows off the unpainted kit! I can see nub marks and nothing looks inked!

If thats how it's gonna look out of the box, then consider me a VERY happy camper! :D

  21. I wouldve much rather had one of the remaining gundams. Especially the deathscythe.

  22. Noted visible part separation between the head and body. Fingers crossed that the head turn's. We all know they'll retool this kit later for the Tallguesse and it definitively has a moving head.

    1. I'm not so sure. It is a possibility since Tallgeese was shown to be able to turn and tilt its head slighty in the series, so if the HG Leo has this it could be forward planning.

They would have to change the proportions though, since the Tallgeese is marginally taller.

My guess though, is that since they are releasing this alongside the RG Tallgeese, it might be a while before they consider doing an HG version.

One thing you can be sure of though, is that if they do release Tallgeese as an HG, the second and third versions will be P-Bandai. Because they just love pulling that BS move.
