Bandai is set to release the MG 1/100 MS-14C Gelgoog Cannon in its distinctive MSV colors in February 2027. The GunPla is based on the MG Gelgoog Ver. 2.0 and recreates the fire-support mobile suit with its specialized head and heavy weapons loadout.
The Gelgoog Cannon features a newly sculpted head unique to the MS-14C, while the main body uses the MG Gelgoog Ver. 2.0 framework. Its articulation supports a wide range of poses, with the armor constructed using a multi-layer structure that adds detail to the large sections of the Gelgoog's body.
Its signature beam cannon is mounted on the modified B-type backpack, accompanied by a triple missile launcher and buckler shield. The kit also includes a beam rifle, beam naginata, and shield. The triple missile launcher and buckler shield connect to the Ver. 2.0 body using newly designed joint parts, allowing them to be attached or removed.
Water-slide decals featuring original markings are also included.
In the Universal Century setting, the Gelgoog Cannon was developed as a fire-support and anti-fleet mobile suit. It used the powerful backpack of the Gelgoog High Mobility Type, providing enough thrust to maintain mobility despite its additional weaponry. Its high-output reactor also supported multiple weapons configurations, including beam rifles and bazookas.
