Gundam Series x hololive production Collaboration Launches in March 2026

A brand-new crossover is on the horizon as the Gundam Series and hololive production officially join forces for a large-scale collaboration project beginning in March 2026.

hololive production, one of the world’s largest virtual talent agencies, will team up with Cover Corporation and the Bandai Namco Group to deliver a variety of collaborative content that blends the iconic world of Gundam with the vibrant personalities of Hololive’s virtual talents.

Starting in March 2026, fans can look forward to a multi-part rollout of mini-stories released in episodic form. These will be accompanied by collaboration songs and special music videos inspired by the crossover, expanding the project into both storytelling and music.

The collaboration will also introduce exclusive visual concepts created specifically for the project. These include original color mobile suits inspired by hololive members, newly illustrated collaboration costumes, and stylized mini character designs. The Bandai Namco Group is also exploring a wide range of additional initiatives, including collaboration merchandise and other special projects tied to the event.

The first wave of original color mobile suits has already been revealed, including a special Gundam [hololive production Ver.], offering fans an early glimpse of how the two worlds will merge.

To celebrate the announcement, the collaboration will also appear at hololive SUPER EXPO 2026, which runs from March 6 to March 8, 2026. A dedicated collaboration booth will feature displays introducing the project along with reference exhibits of products.

The event takes place at Makuhari Messe, where attendees can preview early concepts and pick up special collaboration logo stickers available at the booth.

As the Gundam Series and hololive production begin this ambitious crossover, fans can expect a steady stream of announcements, creative designs, and multimedia releases in the months ahead. More details about the project are expected to be revealed soon.
