The Wing Gundam, featured in the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam Wing" and piloted by Heero Yuy, is one of five original Gundams designed for Operation Meteor.

It is the most balanced among them, closely resembling the prototype Wing Gundam Zero. Key features include its ability to transform into "Bird Mode" for enhanced mobility and a powerful Buster Rifle for armament. Unlike Wing Zero, Wing Gundam does not incorporate the problematic "ZERO System" interface, relying instead on the pilot’s skill to compensate for this absence. Its cockpit is uniquely designed as a spherical capsule with a shock mitigation function, providing increased pilot safety and maneuverability.
The Gundam's mobility is greatly enhanced by wing units on its backpack, which aid in various speed ranges and attitude control, even in space. These features allow the Wing Gundam to perform maneuvers and operations beyond the capabilities of other Gundam units.
The "Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base" is a collectible card-based, real-time strategy arcade game from the Gundam series. It was announced on January 28, 2021, with a release date later that year. The game planned to attract players from prior Gundam arcade games, with online pre-registrations beginning March 12, 2021. However, due to extensive location and beta testing throughout the year, the official launch was pushed back to spring 2022.
