In a brand-new teaser released on Sunday, Bandai Namco Filmworks disclosed that Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance, their upcoming animation project, will exclusively launch on Netflix worldwide. Release date is yet to be determined.
The plot, which centers on the European Front during the One Year War and was made popular by the original Gundam anime, will be available for streaming on six 30-minute episodes.

The Federation mobile suit Gundam and the Zeon mobile suit Zaku II are two of the mobile suits featured in the narrative, which is set during the "One Year War" in Europe, a conflict that was previously portrayed in the original Gundam series' Mobile Suit Gundam 0079.
Under Erasmus Brosdau's guidance, the story is delivered from the perspective of the main female hero, Iria Sorari, who is voiced by Celia Massingham from DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
Additionally, among the personnel are Kimitoshi Yamane (Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, other Gundam projects) is the mechanical design supervisor, while Manuel Augusto Dischinger Moura is responsible for designing the main character. The music for the series is composed by Wilbert Roget II, who has worked on titles such as Call of Duty: WWII, Lara Croft, and Mortal Kombat 11.
To offer mechanic files and updates for the project, the official website for the soon-to-be game was also made available. The website also unveiled the first official visual poster for the film, which has the Gundam unit in the background and the series' protagonist, Iria Sorari.
