Uniqlo Unveils Mobile Suit Gundam 45th Anniversary UT Collection Designed by Kunio Okawara!

As Mobile Suit Gundam celebrates its milestone 45th anniversary, Uniqlo is once again bringing fans an incredible UT collection to mark the occasion. This time, the renowned graphic T-shirt brand is collaborating with legendary mechanical designer Kunio Okawara—the creative mind behind many of Gundam's most iconic mobile suits.

Slated for release in mid-April 2025, the Mobile Suit Gundam 45th Anniversary UT collection will feature four exclusive designs that pay tribute to the legendary franchise. Each shirt will retail for 1,990 yen (tax included) and will be available in a wide range of sizes (XS to 4XL).

The UT (Uniqlo T-Shirt) brand is known for celebrating cultural icons across art, music, photography, manga, and anime, and the latest Gundam collaboration continues this tradition. 

The designs in this collection will highlight fan-favorite series, including:
