The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, celebrating its 30th anniversary, alongside GunPla’s 45-year legacy. To commemorate the occasion, Bandai Spirits has surprised fans with an exciting announcement through North American retailers — the previously P-Bandai-exclusive HGAC kits—Gundam Deathscythe Hell, Gundam Heavyarms Custom, Gundam Sandrock Custom, and Altron Gundam—are finally hitting North American retail shelves in Q3 2025.
- Each of the kit's price, ranges from 18 ~ 25 USD depending on the retailers with tentative release date. ETA September 2025.
- Wider international release has yet to be confirmed.
These highly sought-after High Grade After Colony (HGAC) kits will now be released as regular retail items outside Japan. This move allows more fans to add these legendary Gundams to their collections without relying on limited imports or premium resale prices.
Availability and Pre-Orders
The availability of these kits will vary by region and retailer, but many online stores across North America have already begun opening pre-orders for eager fans. Those looking to secure their copies should check with their favorite retailers as stocks may be limited.
This release is a huge win for North American GunPla builders and Gundam Wing enthusiasts, especially as Bandai celebrates 45 years of GunPla innovation. With these four incredible mobile suits getting retail distribution outside Japan, could this be the start of even more worldwide GunPla releases once again? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain—2025 is shaping up to be an unforgettable year for Gundam Wing fans!
Stay tuned for more info!
To continue the celebration, Wing Gundam Zero will be joining the Real Grade GunPla lineup in September 2025 for 4,620 Yen.
Is this the first time P-Bandai kits have released to retail?
ReplyDileunot quite, the MG Turn Red Astray and Avalanche Exia', made it to retail outside Japan too :)
DileuThey should do this with all the Wing Master Grades. They are more popular here in the states then Japan. It's weird that only Deathscythe Hell was the only other EW kit released as retail.
ReplyDileuGiven how much of a pain in the ass & how expensive it was for me to get these kits, this is genuinely good news.
ReplyDileuRemember to always remind BAMCO that building Gunpla is easy, BUYING THEM is difficult. This is a good step but please stop making it difficult for us to do business with you, Sunrise.
But as always, Europe gets none of this.
ReplyDileuLucky Americans. Guess everyone else is getting nothing.
