Premium Bandai has revealed an expansion set for the G-Frame FA Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam, included in Volume 07 of the G-Frame FA series. This set provides the necessary parts to transform the mobile suit into the Strike Freedom Gundam Type II, along with additional weapons, effect parts, and a custom action base.

Strike Freedom Gundam Type II

The ZGMF/A-262B Strike Freedom Gundam Type II is a next-generation evolution of the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom Gundam, enhancing its firepower, defense, and adaptability while retaining its signature weapon systems. Its redesigned railguns now feature beam saber storage racks, optimizing its close-quarters combat potential. The Super DRAGOONs have been upgraded with beam shield emitters, allowing multiple units to generate large-scale defensive barriers, reinforcing both offense and defense.

A new panoramic cockpit has been integrated, featuring an additional co-pilot seat for enhanced strategic coordination. When maximum firepower is required, the Strike Freedom Type II can shed its backpack and Super DRAGOONs, enabling a full-scale combination with the MDE262S Proud Defender support craft, forming the ZGMF/A-262PD-P Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam.
