The "[GS02] New York City Ruins" kit makes a comeback as an affordable, unpainted, semi-finished model, perfect for crafting breathtaking diorama displays with your favorite Gunpla HG series models. Scheduled for release in late December 2024, pre-orders will open on August 8th (Thursday) at Premium Bandai and other select retailers. This incredible kit is priced at 5,280 yen, including tax.

The model features a main subject made from color-coded molded plastic materials, with some parts pre-assembled for convenience. This makes it accessible for beginners, while more experienced modelers can enhance realism by painting or applying the included mini decals. 

The kit allows for a recreation of the iconic scene from episode 10 of "Mobile Suit Gundam 0079," titled "Garma Falls," where a Zaku lands amid the ruined cityscape of New York. Alternatively, you can display your models in any setting your imagination creates.
