April brings with it the streaming launch of two highly anticipated titles. Whether you're revisiting these classics or diving in for the first time, here's what you can look forward to:
MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM WING: Set your reminders for April 12th! This iconic series, known for its complex characters and intricate plot, promises to captivate audiences once again.
The launch commemorates the 29th anniversary of the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing TV series, which initially premiered in Japan in 1995.
Gundam Wing takes place in a future where civilization has spread into space, building colonies at the Earth-Moon Lagrange points. The repressive United Earth Sphere Alliance governs Earth, which has sparked revolt among the colonies. Following the killing of pacifist leader Heero Yuy in After Colony 175, five OZ scientists defect and launch "Operation Meteor" in vengeance. This strategy entails sending five youngsters from various colonies to Earth, each piloting a unique Gundam built of the rare Gundanium alloy, with no prior knowledge of one another.

These pilots—Heero Yuy (using an identity), Duo Maxwell, Trowa Barton, Quatre Raberba Winner, and Chang Wufei—seek to destabilize OZ's military power and liberate the colonies. The story also involves Relena Peacecraft, the pacifist heir to the Sanc Kingdom, who becomes an important ally and connection to the Gundam pilots, particularly Heero.
MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM NT (Narrative): Starting April 19th, get ready for a narrative-rich experience. This title, praised for its deep storytelling and stunning visuals, is a must-watch for any Gundam fan.
The streaming also serves as a celebration for the launch of the MG 1/100 Narrative Gundam C-Packs ver. Ka this month, followed by the debut of the MG 1/100 Sinanju Stein (Narrative) Ver. Ka next month.
In UC 0097, a year after the "Laplace Incident" ended with the disintegration of the Neo Zeon splinter group "Sleeves," the world remained substantially unchanged, despite the public disclosure of Newtypes and their rights as established in the original Universal Century Charter. The return of the RX-0 Gundam Unit 3 Phenex, a counterpart to the Unicorn and Banshee Gundams, prompts the Federation to launch Operation "Phoenix Hunt" to recapture it. Concurrently, Minister Monaghan Bakharo of the Republic of Zeon secretly assigns a Zeon squad to capture the Phenex for his own purposes.
Michele Luio of Luio & Co. and pilot Jona Basta, together with the RX-9 Narrative Gundam, are dispatched to aid the Federation, believing the Phenex is controlled by their childhood friend Rita Bernal, a "Miracle Child" with genuine Newtype skills. As both Federation and Zeon soldiers converge on a colony to seize the Phenex, they clash, resulting in widespread destruction. During the turmoil, it is revealed that Michele arranged circumstances to bring out the Phenex, motivated by guilt over her role in Rita becoming a Phenex test pilot, resulting in Rita's abduction.
With the two additions, unfortunately, the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny HD Remaster series will have to depart from Gundam Info's free streaming on April 30th.
