The most anticipated McDonald's fast food chain collaboration with Bandai Namco's Gundam has finally launched in China, today, April 26, 2023. The special event will last until May 23rd across 50 McDonald's restaurants in Mainland China.

Limited edition trading cards are also available during the event.

12 limited edition cards for the mobile game Mobile Suit Gundam Supreme Battle. Two of these have the RX-78-2 Gundam art seen in the Big Mac suit and the Angus suit.

During the event, if you purchase the designated Big Mac Pack e-voucher through the official McDonald's flagship store Tmall, you will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase the limited edition RX-78-2 Gundam model in the color of the Big Mac to acquire with great collection value.

The GunPla is manufactured in the same molds used for the EG 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam and comes with colors to match the color palette of McDonald's most popular "Big Mac" burger. Special designs can be seen on decals for the shield and adhesive seal for the McDonald's arc symbol to be placed on the Gundam's chest armor.

The Entry Grade GunPla line features advanced color separation, articulation, and proportions and closely matches their High Grade GunPla counterparts. No tools are required to build the kit and the runners are designed to allow parts to be removed by hand.
