OWNDAYS revealed earlier this month, that they were celebrating the 40th Gundam anniversary by releasing a Gundam inspired eye-wear case.
The product will be a 1/7 scale RX-78-2 Gundam head with multi-storage for all your eye-wears! This Gundam head offers 6 compartments to store different types of eye-wears, from sunglasses, to prescription ones (may vary depending on frame sizes).
The official OWNDAYS website started the pre-orders on October 24, 2019 and will ship the product in early March 2020 for 39,980 Yen. The actual case measures about 350mm in width, 340mm in diameter, and 355mm in height, and it weighs about 2.9 kilograms. The material used for the entire model is ABS resin.

In addition, OWNDAYS also reveals a promotional video, featuring the case's gimmicks, including its lighting eye-cameras that can be operated with two AA batteries, which will be included in the product.
The front of its head features a convertible hatch that opens upward and outward to hold another pair of eye-glasses, a pretty neat feature and another cool way to display your favorite eye-wear.
