DileuIt is a reference to moon gundam. Check out the backpack configuration. It's tried to imitated moon gundam's crest moon.

The Sazabi is Lu Bu's ally, Zhang Liao, which is why he's the Sazabi to Lu Bu's Sinanju but ZL ditches LB (can't recall why) and sides with the "good guys" hence why this kit has a Gundam face to mark his Heel-Face Turn.
