RG 1/144 Nu Gundam coming soon!

Bandai Spirits twitter announced on Friday that they are planning to release the a new RG 1/144 this year and it looks like it's the nu Gundam! more info will be revealed at the Gundam Base Tokyo on April 23, 2019.

Phase 2 announcement will be available at the 58th Shizuoka Hobby Show!

      Don't thing we need an MG 2.0 since we pretty much already have it in the Nu Gundam Ver Ka. Which is still an amazing kit.

      The Ver. Ka is basically a 2.0. Nu doesn't need a 2.0 since we have the Ver.Ka is what they meant.

      With how much the Ka. Ver. improved over 1.0, I can say it's equivalent to 2.0. It just bandai decide to release it under Katoki. Same with MG ZZ Ka. Ver. imo.

      I see. That makes sense. But I saw reviews for MG Ver. Ka Nu Gundam and the High Nu Gundam and apparently it has issues with the backpack being loose, the feet hooks being loose, and the hands not being so great on either of them. So if Bandai makes a ne version would it be called 2.0 or a 3.0?

      Definitely, in the poster says " wa date ja nai" it's part of phrase "Nu gundam wa date ja nai" Amuro said when fighting Sazabi. means Nu gundam isn't just for show and that's enough hint to guest it must be Nu gundam.

      Yes. Because it was probably the same guy/team doing them both and you don't want them to rush once the Sazabi is done.

      I believe phase 1 is just showing the prototype kit, and phase 2 is showing all the gimmick it has. But finger crossed lets hope PG is coming.

      Perhaps, But I think phase 1 might be the full reveal of the RG while phase 2 is something else Nu related entirely.
