The Real Type marking version of the Robot Damashii Zaku II ANIME Ver. will be released on the opening day of Tamashii Nations Tokyo flagship store in Akihabara. This version includes newly shaped head and legs from its previous release back in February 2019.
It's pretty much the same thing, but with different decals and sculpts.
