They should have left it longer, released more teasers and build hype up again.
Then collectors would be more likely to buy a second PG Exia and the addon parts.
With this, many will consider the cost and may only go for one PG Exia and maybe the addon kit.
In any case, it's bizarre that a P-Bandai variant (and an addon kit at that) is announced before the release of the original.
Should we expect to see the R2 and R3 conversions kits to be announced in the next couple of weeks too?
