Adult Swim has acquired the license from Sunrise to air the 25-episode Gundam: Iron Blooded Orpahans in English dub on their cable network. Co-founder of Adult Swim's Toonami block Jason DeMarco has confirmed on Twitter that the series will air on Toonami's timeslot.Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans has concluded on its 25th and final episode for the first season in March 2016, and will return for its second season in Fall 2016 as teased on the after credits of the season finale.
No further words has been plotted for the second season of IBO, but we have been teased for the third instalment of Gundam Build Fighters series that will be coming this August 2016.
