shows the plan on how they are going to put the parts on the runner/tree in the right positions!
the molding process, giving up the details and cleaning up some extras from the mold!
Plastics are now ready for recycling and melting process
the plastics will now go to the crushing machine and then melt them, then inject them to the molds
***crashed plastics are separated by colors
testing of parts process by building them!
testing if some parts are molded accurately and fit together.
